1and1.com is a Web Hosting company with an array of products related to Web Domains, Hosting Service and Ecommerce. 1and1.com is based in the United Kingdom but also operates in the United States. 1and1.com's USA Corporate Offices are located in Pennsylvania.
We've recently fallen victim to 1and1.com's illegal one sided online contracts. From just our case alone we can prove bait and switch advertising, credit file tampering, illegal billing practices and more. We are currently in the beginning stages of a Class Action Law Suit against this company. If you feel you have been wrongly billed, unable to cancel a contract, purchased a product that doesn't work or 1and1.com appears on your credit file we would like to hear your story.
